Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Finance Administration – Checking on invoices and scope by agencies; managing internal finance and procurement process; supporting marketing forecasts and tracking spend.
  • Leads Tracking – Daily tracking of leads, clearing of spam and data, managing the Salesforce leads process.
  • Vendor Management – Support the Head of Marketing Operations in reviewing work scopes and tracking of work for our vendors.
  • Marketing Automation – Assist in the optimization of marketing automation workflows and systems.
  • Content Library – Maintain and manage content library – ensure adherence of corporate decks, updates, brand visuals, font style and guide.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; majoring in Marketing.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge, prior experience in Market is an advantage.
  • Comfortable in working with large dataset, familiar with Microsoft Excel (use of pivot-table, VLOOKUP, charts and formula)
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good time management; able to adhere to project timelines.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys team collaboration.
  • Growth mindset – willing to learn new skills and expand their knowledge in Marketing.
